MY OPINION  ONLY
Alameda County    is TERRIBLE, LACKING, in their health services for COVI-19.

They are not helping push for Oakland Colisuim to be used.  They are NOT on the news as doing anything.  Our Pharmancies (CVS, Walgreens) are NOT getting the shots.  Only Santa Clara and northern counties.

Alameda County USED to have one of the FINEST Healthcare Systems in the Country.   Fairmont up to 10 yrs ago had many services, only a few now.

Highland used to be a TRAMA Hospital.

What is wrong with Alameda County??????????  They have the TAX money for sure.

That is just so sad about Vincent's passing, especially in light of the way in which he contracted COVID. I didn't know him personally, but always enjoyed reading his posts; they were filled with kindness, compassion, empathy and encouragement. My heart goes out to you all, with sincere sympathy as you grieve the passing of your classmate and friend.

Vince was such an active voice on this site’s pages, it seems surreal that his voice is now quiet.  My sincere condolences to his family and many PHS Viking friends.

Vince loved and respected others placing them before himself. I am honored to have known a real gentleman who sacrificed for his country by putting his life on the line. As a fellow vet who lost friends in Viet Nam I will be eternally grateful for the opportunity to have walked in his shadow and to have known such a beautiful person. He inspired all of us to reach for greatness by reaching out with encouragement by supporting those less fortunate. I look forward to the day when we walk together sharing Gods' gift of eternal bliss. Your legacy is recorded in Heaven my brother
