Hi Patti, just reading your "bio" now and wow, what an impressive and busy life you're leading. Glad you're happy, but do take out some time for fun and relaxation. I remember seeing and talking with you at Butch's 60th birthday party. I thought you looked great then and sure you do now too. Looking forward to seeing you at the 50th reunion this coming Saturday. Good health and happiness to you and your family.

Mr. Pappas was my algebra teacher and he was terrific. For those of you who knew Mr. Pappas, his laugh was priceless and his patience, legendary. I'll never forget the day I walked by his class in the evening and overheard him practicing Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue on the piano he had in the classroom. Needless to say I was very impressed and from that day on looked at him with a new found respect. Having had the chance to chat with Mr. Pappas during the last several Pacific High picnics, he still has that spark and sizzle. He's one of a kind.
Greetings fellow Vikings. Happy New Year!
Hey Benny, just a note to say hello. Hope you and your family are happy and healthy.

Hey Ed, remember when we went to the Fresno Relays in '69 with Coach Anderson, Ben Orosco, Larry Aiello, you and me? That was a blast. I recall Coach Andy calling out through the window late at night during what sounded like a party in the hotel where we were staying: "OOOOtis". Those were fun times.
I remember too all the trips we took to San Jose State and we got to hang out with John Powell and Richard Marks (what a maniac) and listen to Tommy Smith's and John Carlos's constant banter about who was the fastest man alive - great times man.
