Don Large contacted me through my work and informed me of the site.
Since graduation, I attended San Francisco State University. While there I played football and ran track. I was selected to the football hall of fame at State in 1997. I served as a Marine Corps officer in Vietnam and coached football my last two years in the military. I met my wife Joanie when I was a marketing representative for the Shell Oil Company in Modesto. We started our own dairy business in 1977 then got into the fishing travel industry in 1984. I also coached football and track for twelve years in Modesto at Grace Davis High School. We sold our travel company in 2000 and moved to Oregon from Copperopolis, California.I am still involved in the fishing travel game and have formed a new company Off The Hook Adventures. www.offthehookadventures.net. I remember thatt one day at lunch Harry Fitzpatrick threw a cauliflower at me and I returned the throw. Within 10 seconds the largest "food fight" that I can remember ensued and lasted quite a while. Harry and I then had to report to Mr Barker and he gave Harry and I a lesson in history about two obscure individuals back thousands of years ago who inadverdently started a major war over something silly like our cauliflower episode. Harry and I had to help clean up the cafeteria for one month after.
