Via a combination of work and school finally graduated from CSUH in 1980 with a BA in Chemistry. Went on to USC School of Dentistry graduating in 1984. My spouse is also a dentist and we were USC classmates. We practice together in the small beach community of Carpinteria, just south of Santa Barbara.
School Story:
A couple of days after graduation, Charlie Bennett, Bob Cranford and I took off for Maine in Charlie's VW van. We went south first to visit sites in NM and AZ, then north to Niagara Falls, and east to NY. We finally ended up at Charlie's relatives home in Maine. We stayed about a month. I flew back a bit early, wanting to get back to last high school sweetheart, Debbie Mourer.
