I often feel that I failed my education and failed my dreams, and yet, I feel as though I have succeeded. Perhaps not from the financial perspective that is so dominant on our psyche, but I did chase my dreams and had a damn good time at it. I am finishing my education....sure 30 years late...I've lost some good friends along the way and to do them justice, I have to keep on plugging, keep on believing and try my best to set the tone for my own children.
Family, God, Music, and Ice Hockey keep me goin! I miss Nick Abood, even though he is always at my side.
We had a great class and everyone meant a lot to me.
Farewell (not good bye) Vikings! We will all meet in Valhalla, if not sooner!

Chris had a great outlook on life and I remember him personally connecting, quite thoughtfully, with me after the loss of Edward "Nick" Abood. I probably still have a letter somewhere that Chris sent to me back then. He was a caring soul and another loss, too soon! He is pain free and we'll catch up at some point! DB
