I am sorry to hear about your significant other going through cancer. I am just beginning my journey with my sister Sharon. She was diagnosed in June with stage 4 lung cancer with mets to her brain. The brain tumor was removed and she did 5 rounds of radiation. She will start chemo on Monday. The doctor said the chemo won't cure her lung cancer just hopefully control it from spreading. The only symptoms she has so far is a cough, tiredness, and a constant annoying headache. She is not a positive person so it's going to be a long hard road ahead. One day at a time; that's all we can do.
