I have recently started investing in Real Estate. I am a "wholesaler" in that I find ugly properties, get them under contract and then wholesale them to "rehab" investors. I am also building a portfolio of rental properties.
I got into this business to support my habit... glassblowing. My wife and her family helped found "The Pittsburgh Glass Center," a open access glass training facility. I started blowing glass when the center opened and have not stopped since.
I like to collect state quarters and have a nice collect of US Mint Proof Set coins.
My wife and I are both, technically, retired and are starting to do a bit of traveling. This fall we are going to China for ten days.
