Chris was a nice guy, smart and funny. I remember sitting with Chris and a bunch of others that were considered the nerds...brainy...I do not know how I got to the table but I sat and did my homework at lunchtime with him and others. One time in Mr.Pappas' class for algebra Mr.Pappas had explained a math problem. He then asked the class, with the show of hands, how many people did not understand the problem?? More than half the class raised their hands. He then explained it again and then asked How many people still did not understand. I know they still did not understand but they were looking around to see if anyone was brave enough to put up their hand a second time..hey! I am only human..he explained it the same way..of course and I did not understand.I raised my hand, he looked at me and said, "Go see Chris and ask him to explain it." I saw Chris in the library that same day and asked what Mr. Pappas was trying to say. Chris showed me how to work it out and I said, That is What he was trying to say!!!!???? I understood it after that and of course my grade shot up quickly...lol THANKYOU CHRIS You were a great friend!

In the 1969 Yearbook on page 82 there is a picture of Chris. He is half way down on the left side of the page.
