Juanita Burns (Tyree) (1969)
Darla was sooo funny. She made me laugh all the time. At one of our early class reunions we were selling memory booklets with everyone's name and current address etc. with a bio. on each person. We were selling them for about $5.00 each... then we found out there was a problem with the finances.. the resteraunt had given us the bill which then reflected the tips which made the cost much higher... so Darla and I looked at each other and someone asked.. oh how much are the memory books and she said $8.00's, no $10.00 yes, $10.00's. We looked at each other and burst out in laughter. We laughed the rest of the night saying things like .. keep that back door open.. I'm gonna make a run for it!.She was sooo darm funny! She always saw the cup as full of possibilities!
