Earl O. Tapley III

(Tap) Tapley Jan. 24, 1949 - May 31, 2008 Tap was born in Oakland on 1-24-49. His parents Earl O. Tapley II and Fern Tapley Morrison preceded him in death. He died on 5-31-08 in Alexander, Arkansas. He was 59. He was the loving husband of Terri Stark Tapley, Father of Earl O. Tapley IV, Step-father to Marc & Jason Stark, Brother to Ronald Tapley all of Alexander, Arkansas. Also big brother to Lynn Tapley of Aptos, CA. Very proud Grandfather of Justin Tapley Pehargou of Livermore, CA. Nephew to Eleanor Halbert of San Leandro, Barbara Johnson of Napa, Donald Quintal of Newman and many cousins. Tap was raised in San Leandro and spent all but the last 10 years in the Bay Area when he moved to be with his wife's family. Family was very important to him.
