I too had cancer in 2007, but God chose to heal me and keep me on earth awhile longer. Alan and I were sweethearts our Jr and part of our senior year. He painted me some wonderful pictures, even though he was color blind. His love letters had many beautiful drawings. I will see you in Heaven some day !! Sorry we couldn't say goodbye in person :-(
Alan was my favorite cousin, 2 months older than me. We grew up together. He always took good care of me and watched out for me. He’d never let me walk near the road. He’d always walk on my side nearest the street. He was always a true gentleman. He was the best cousin and best friend ever! I miss him terribly, but I look forward to seeing him again! Carol R
