Where to start: Jeff was a really great guy and we had alot of great times together. He and I and our other friends use to hang out at my parents house and work on cars together. We got drunk together for the first time and yes, we smoked alot ot green stuff also together. He and my mother use to joke alot with each other and he always said I had the coolest mom ever. Jeff went into the USAF and we kinda lost touch. He got out on a medical and we started having fun again. I got married and moved away after awhile. I visited him when I came back to California. I haven't seen or heard from Jeff in all those years. I tried to locate him but I guess he moved around, not sure. I just read about his death and it makes me very sad inside. He is and always will be a great friend, just wish we could of kept better contact. God Bless You Jeff and may we see each other again someday.. Love Ya Man and I will have a shot in memory of our friendship and the good times we had.. David Cook Jr,

Jeff used to hang out with my brother Bruce. He was at our house many times. Being the younger sister... Jeff always treated me as "the younger sister" with kindness and respect. I knew they partied a lot but they protected me from that. I know Bruce missed him over the years that have passed.
