If anyone from the family of Claudia Salmela (1963) is out there reading this forum, I just want to let you know that she is missed. My sister, Thelma, enjoyed playing cello with Claudia while at Pacific High and later was thrilled to hear her perform the Queen of the Night aria in The Magic Flute. We were talking about high school the other night, and Thelma said it was unfortunate that she had lost touch with such a kind, creative friend. She did not know that Claudia had died.
