To All Those Who Knew Mike:

Mike and I were friends from John Muir on, and continued into the early 70's.  We carpooled together, and got to chat a great deal - Mike was a sweet, kind man with no vices.  We were unlike in that regard. He had a ready smile and a great sense of humor, as well as a great sense of right and wrong.

I do miss him.

My mouth dropped open when I read that Mike had passed.  It really hits home when you see one of your childhood friends on this list.  Mike and I were great friends during Woodrow Wilson, John Muir and Pacific High School days.  We spent many days and evenings over at each other's home, especially during Woodrow Wilson and John Muir years.  One not so fond memory was when I stayed over at Mike's house and we were out in his back yard playing, I had to go inside to the bathroom, and happend to pass his dog who was taking care of its new born pups.  Well I must have starled the dog, as it jumped up and bit me on the chest.  In fact when I yelled for Mike the dog was still hanging from my chest and he had to pry open her mouth to get her off me.  Funny now, but not back then........... He and I use to spend hours playing tedderball.  He will be greatly missed.

Mike was my next door neighbor and he was a genuine great guy from childhood to an adult.  He is missed by many good friends and family.  Such a class act and great family.

Like Gerry, I was shocked.

Mike & I used to walk to school together when we went to Woodrow Wilson.  Of course, when we got to school, we weren't walking together anymore-that wouldn't've been cool.

Sorry he's gone.  Even though we don't see each other ... at all, (Vikings) at least there's comfort knowing we're out there somewhere, doing our thing.

Sharon.  (MOE)
