I remember George from John Muir when he lost part of his finger jumping the fence and I had broken my arm high jumping., what a pair we made. RIP George!
I remember George at Pacific High sitting behind me and pulling my hair until I turned around and punched him. He laughed about it later and it was a joke that he would get punched if he did it again. He never did. RIP George. Too many of our classmates are leaving us. Carole Bain Pisio
With a broken heart I share the sad news that my beloved brother, George Baker passed away recently at his California home. He got very ill and couldn’t travel back to his “Rocking G Ranch” in Colorado that he so loved so dearly. His plan was to get well - drive back to Colorado then come visit us His Texas Family! He enjoyed Texas when it wasn’t scorching hot! God had other plans though… he took away George’s pain and suffering and took him home to Heaven where he is reunited with family and friends who awaited his arrival for a glorious reunion….. and someday we’ll join him in God’s Heavenly Kingdon🙏 >
Phyllis & Jerry and all our Texas & TN families LOVE & miss you 'till we're together again.
I took Several trips back and forth from Texas to CA these past few months during the timeframe of my Brother George being sick, then on hospice, then when he passed away - leaving a little piece of my heart with my brother when I returned to Texas... Last year he was airlifted from his CO doctor office to the ER hospital in Colorado Springs. Myself and my daughter-in-law caught the next flight out from TX to be with George. When he was discharged we drove him back to his Rocking G Ranch. He did well then we flew back to Texas. Oh how my husband Jerry and I have loved my brother George as did our 3 adult kids, their spouses and all our family downline to our great grandchildren. What a huge void in our hearts.... we will have a special place in our heart and home and will be sorely missed. Special occasions & holidays will be extremely rough. AND "ruff" as our 3 furbabies Armani, Karl, and Gizmo always had a special bond with George & the treats he spoiled them with LOL. God and Angels all around you George.... NOT GONE - simply waiting on the other side. LOVE, HUGS, and PRAYERS ~ ❤️🤗🙏
