RIP Art. I remember you always laughing whe you came to our home. You were one of my brothers best friends. I thought of you alot after the school years cause Ioved picking on you guys. Charlie married, and has a family. Wish you were still here.
We were high school sweet hearts when he wasn't showing off. Oh that's right, he was always showing off. I guess I was the one and only because they knew about me but I did not know about them. High school was rough be we did get through it. Art was the person everyone knew or wanted to know. He was funny, smart (he really was) just tried to be too cool and very handsome.
Then we grew up and I had My Son Mike. Too bad Art never got to know him. He would have been proud to call him son. We did keep in touch and I met his son Kenny. Great man, Art would be proud of both of his sons.
Rest in Peace Arthur and know you were loved by me always, just couldn't be with you in life.
Art was preceeded in death by Andrea Tilden, his long-time significant other. Art & Andi were my kids' aunt & uncle. Art could be such an a$$! But I loved him, as did my kids and Andi.
Beides their son, Kenny, Art is survived by his sister, Cindy, his brother Bruce, nephews Zachary McComber and James Arthur Parker; niece Megan Andrea Parker.
I hope you're having a grand time, Art, forever fighting that lunker, in peace.

His son, Kenneth Parker, born 3-5-1987 died 3-28-2018 at the age of 30, Kenneth died of an anurerism.
He is survived by Tammy McClary-Ortegon who was his second mom and his family is grateful for her presence in Kenny's life. He is also survived by his Uncle, BJ Parker, AUnty Jill Tahija and Cousins Katie Baldwin, James Parker and Megan Parker
