Wayne A. Franks June 18, 1966 - Sept. 30, 2009 Resident of San Leandro Franks, Wayne Allen who lived in San Leandro, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at age 43. Preceded in death by mother Margaret Ann Franks and grandmother Hazel Franks Alvaro. He is survived by his father Wayne Charles Franks, half brother Ken Dodd of OK. Many uncles, Aunts and cousins. A member of I.D.E.S. of St. John San Leandro was an avid Nascar fan and love of computers.
