Shannon Floyd Tibbetts Dec. 18, 1957 - June 26, 2010 Resident of San Leandro Entered into rest on June 26, 2010, at the age of 52. Shannon was born in Oakland, CA, on December 18, 1957, to Floyd and Loretta Tibbetts (both deceased). He graduated from Pacific High School in 1976. Shannon loved Lake Tahoe, camping, fishing and hunting, and he was an avid Oakland Raiders fan. He is survived by his loving wife, Jane, as well as extended family and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Santos-Robinson Mortuary, 160 Estudillo Ave., San Leandro, CA.
