I have very good memories of Daryl. In middle school he used to tease me about how much I would swim. We also sat at the same table in the library quite often in high school. He was always smiling and happy. I remember he would speak about his mom. Not many kids even mentioned their mothers, but he would. I last saw him at one our reunions and he looked the same, big smile. He will be missed.
