I was so sad to see that Pat past away recently. Both Pat and Ryan were so much fun to hang out with in high school. They were definitely the class clowns.

In my old age I regret not having the privilege of knowing Pat (and Ryan), along with other classmates. I wish i had taken the time investing in connecting with them when at PHS.
It is said in passing by an unknown: “the saddest part of life is when the person who gave you the best memories becomes a memory”. Perhaps a greater tragedy is one where the memories of that person, or persons, are lost forever. I am probably not the only one, but i believe it would be meaningful if i got to know both of them better simply by fellow classmate’s shared memories in this sacred space.
Do any of you have special stories, anecdotes, or memorable quotes that can be shared, which give us a glimpse that captures who Pat and Ryan were? It could be something as simple as serious words spoken to you that you have not forgotten, or funny antics, which would give us a sample of what they meant to you so that we can begin to share in our collective loss. You would make a difference in perpetuating their memory and would allow all of us to get to know them much better, before our minds fail us and we forget even ourselves.
