I'm very saddened to hear my old friend has passed away. He was a great friend and Marine. I was briefly his leader in the Maine Corps, and couldn't asked for a better Marine to be on your team. John is on a new team now, and God is leading that team. John will be missed by his family, friends and many Marine Corps Veterans.

I'm very sorry to hear that John passed away and at the young age of 54. He was, as I recall, a really nice guy.
