Oh my goodness.  I am very sadden to hear of this news.  Bill and I were friends through our early years of college.  He had a great sense of humor and could make me laugh at the toughest of times.  My heart and prayers go to his family.  I really feel like I have lost a friend and am sadden that I did not keep the friendship alive well beyond PHS!

How very sad.  Bill and I were friends growing up from Woodrow Wilson to high school.  We went skiing in Tahoe and talked about his desire for a Chevie Vega.  We lost contact in high school except for an occasional email.  My condolences to Bill's family.  He was a great guy and friend.  He will be missed.

So sad to hear of another classmate passing.  I seem to remember that Bill smiled alot and always had something nice to say.  I don't think I ever heard him say anything bad about anyone - ever.  What a nice guy!  My sympathy to his family, he was surely taken too soon.

Dear Mr. Baldwin, you were one of my friends at Pacific HIgh School.  My connections at Pacific High School were with the school newspaper (The Current) and with Drew Johnese's rock'n'roll bands ("Freudian Concept," "Fellowship of the Ring," and "Therapy").  Anyway, I'm sorry that I have only two memories of you right now.  One is that you stated that people have told you that you resembled Charles Lindbergh.  The other memory is that I once saw you with Ruben Gonzales in the San Leandro BART station, and we exchanged greetings.  Also, we might have had lunch together on a couple of occasions.  Too many of my best and closest friends have taken "The Ultiimate Journey."   --Tom Brody (Class of 1969)
